Healthy in between Snack

For those of you who like a fast but healthy meal
these 2 dishes are perfect:

- fresh salad made of tomatoes & mozzarella cheese with olive oil, balsamic vinegar 
plus fresh homegrown basil for the topping

served with

- a whole-grain bread roll with emmental cheese and cucumber
